Mary McAuliffe

Environmental Manager

Mary McAuliffe has more than 30 years experience in permitting, mitigation, compliance and enforcement of regulations governing wetlands and protected species.  Her professional work experience includes supervision of wetlands and petroleum clean-up programs for FL Department of Environmental Protection’s Southwest District Office in Tampa.  Mary has worked closely with business owners, lawyers, consultants, federal, state and local government agencies to plan, permit and build commercial, small and large-scale (DRI/PUD) residential communities.  Green Building, sustainable development and responsible stewardship were key components considered in each of these projects and communities.

Mary has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida State University and completed coursework towards a Master of Science in Environmental Health at the University of South Florida.
